Propel Wave OÜ is the legal owner of this website (www.etheral.eu) and any other related products or services that link to or reference these legal terms.
These legal terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of a legal entity (“you”), and Propel Wave OÜ regarding your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these legal terms. If you do not agree to all of these legal terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must stop using them immediately.
Our Services
Customers have the option of submitting their offers via the online order form, which is integrated into the seller's online shop. The goods intended for purchase are placed in the “shopping cart”. You can access the “shopping cart” via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there at any time. After completing the electronic ordering process and entering your personal data and payment terms, the order data is finally displayed as an order overview. By submitting the order via the corresponding button, you declare your legally binding acceptance of the offer. Order processing and contact are usually carried out via e-mail and automated order processing to ensure efficient and organized processing of transactions.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for transfer to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such transfer or use would be contrary to laws or regulations or as a result of which we would be subject to a registration requirement in such jurisdiction or country. Purchases and Payment
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

We can change prices at any time. All payments are made in euros. You agree to pay all fees for your purchases and all shipping charges at current prices. You authorize us to charge your payment method when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or errors, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Return Policy
We offer 30-day returns on all of our products when they're unused, still in original condition and ready to be resold. If the product was damaged during transportation, we are responsible for any damage that has occurred. You can request a refund when you return your first order to us. We cover the costs of delivery.
User Generated Contributions
Contributions can be viewed by other users of the services and via third-party websites. As such, any contributions you submit may be treated as non-confidential and not protected by copyright. When you create or make available contributions, you represent and warrant that:
— Your contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading
— You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, approvals, and usage rights

We may accept, decline, or remove reviews at our sole discretion. We're not required to review reviews or delete reviews, even if someone thinks reviews are offensive or inaccurate. We don't support reviews and don't necessarily have to
reflect our opinions or the views of our affiliates or partners.
By posting a review, you hereby grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, assignable and sub-licensable right and license to reproduce, modify, transmit by all means, display, perform and/or distribute all content related to the review.

Governing Law
These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of Estonia, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International sale of Goods is expressly excluded. If your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law in your country to residence. Propel Wave OÜ and you both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of which means that you may claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regard to these Legal Terms in Estonia or in the EU country in which you reside.
Dispute Resolution

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
