Shipping and Refunds
Delivery starts the day after payment is received or contract is signed. It expires on the last day of the delivery period. If the scheduled date falls on a weekend or public holiday at the delivery location, your delivery will be postponed to the next working day.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been 30 days since your delivery date, we may not offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer's address. Reimbursement
We offer 30-day returns on all of our products when they're unused, still in original condition and ready to be resold. If the product was damaged during transportation, we are responsible for any damage that has occurred. You can request a refund when you return your first order to us. We cover the costs of delivery.
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and update you on your refund status — approved or rejected. If your refund has been approved but hasn't been received yet, we recommend that you double-check your bank account or contact your credit card provider for more information. Refunds are processed within 14 working days.
